- Kristy Homan – Kristy was introduced to golf at age 4, growing up in Wilmington, Ohio on a small horse farm. The nearest golf course was over 30 miles away, so living in the country she had to get creative with her practice regimen. During the off-season she enjoyed playing Basketball, Volleyball and also ran Track. She competed in many local tournaments during the summer season, qualifying for The Junior Optimist at age 12. In 1999, as a freshman Kristy relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio where her family joined the first and only PGA TOUR owned and operated facility in her home state, TPC River’s Bend. During her transition, she met lifelong mentor, Former General Manager/Director of Golf, Bill Hughes. Quickly rising as one of the Top players in Ohio, she became to love the game of golf even more from her own experiences as a junior and college player. Throughout her years, she attended numerous national and local PGA Teaching seminars in her continuous ambition to be the best and learned first-hand from PGA instructors Bill Hughes, Andy Plummer and Mike Bennett. After college, she decided to stop competing, as an opportunity arose relocating her to Ponte Vedra Beach, FL to work at TPC Sawgrass, the flagship of the TPC Network. After many years traveling and experiencing all avenues within the golf industry working alongside the best in the business. Kristy decided it was time to refocus on what brought her here in the first place. It was time for her to give back, and help young junior golfers strive to be the best they can both mentally and physically. Since leaving Florida in 2016, she moved back to the country in East, TN where she began to focus on mentoring young junior golfers as her sole focus.
